Jose went over the top. Bonus daughter blew two tires Friday night after 5pm on a used car they bought at your dealership. The parts department found me a set of 4 and I spoke to Jose around 6 and set up a time to have the tires installed when you opened. I went over at 7:30 and they were moving the car to start. We had the car delivered to her house by 11am that morning!!

Jose is one of the best.You need him. Pay him well!

Tiday I waited 2 and a half hours for a simple routine service on my van. I understand that sometimes another vehicle can have unforseen issues, but there were no updates about why it was taking so long. I also told the person checking me in and my Rep, Jennifer, that I didn't want a carwash. When my car was done, I was standing by the service office door and was told my car was done it just heading to the carwash. So again, I said no carwash. Usually, when Im there, Jennifer would let me know if the mechanic found Something that should be taken care of and ask me if I wanted it done BEFORE Bbringing my van out of the garage area. Today, it was after and so she had to send my car back through to take care of the filters that needed changing. Im sure it was just an off day. Normally, the service is great and I always love having Jennifer as my rep. Today was just a weird day I guess. No one should be in trouble, but maybe reiterate that updates are important and that maybe you shouldn't book appointments so close together that everything backs up when another vehicle needs more work than was scheduled. Again, I love Toyota and the staff is always kind. It was just an off day, which ended up making my day "off".
