Jose Chavez was a star. I came in as a walk in and he treated me with respect and kindness. I hope he is treated as the valued asset that I see him being for your company. Also mad respect for the whole service team and their knowledge and service they do on my car.

When called to be told my car was ready for pick up, I was informed that my issue may not be covered by warranty, when simply asking why it would not be covered for my car that is only 6 months old I got instant change in attitude was was told because it was already warranted, and when I said but the problem was not fixed Jose then responded with then what took so long to bring it back in. It had only 3 weeks. I explained I work full time and have children I can’t simply just drop my car off and be with out it all day so we chose a day where I could be without my vehicle. He continued to be rude and said he would give me the number to Toyota and I can call myself. I was simply asking for an explanation as why it would not be warranted so I could explain to my husband.
