Jose, my service representative, was awesome. He always takes care of me. I was a bit disappointed with the condition of my Jeep when I got it home. I found 2 bolts, which should have been holding my air induction system, just laying in front of my radiator. I also had several minor scratches on my hood. I was able to fix both issues. Coincidentally, my license plate holder was loose and barely hanging by the light wiring. No harm or foul, but disappointing. These issues won’t keep me from using Anderson Toyota again, but I expected better.
