Everything went very smoothly. The only thing is that this is my wife’s car and she is now the one that’s going to be bringing it in and she’ll be the ones that either satisfied or dissatisfied and her number is area code ****-****-xxxx. I don’t drive this car, but I’ve always used you guys for maintaining my vehicles and I appreciate it. Thank you very much.

I was greeted immediately upon my arrival to the service writer bay and my info/appointment was verified. I was directed inside and briefed on services I had scheduled. I inquired about a timeframe as I’d planned on waiting at the dealership. I was told approximately 1:15 and was notified about 45-mins later my vehicle was ready and service was complete. I picked up my keys from the service writer Kenny and was on my way. Quick & easy! Just the way customer service should be. Thank you!

As a customer of many purchases from anderson, I expect the highest quality of service at all issues pertaining to vehicles. If ever I am dissatisfied that would destroy the trust. So just make sure that you train your service tech and management team to the highest level of quality expected by the buyer again thanks for your service to our vehicles
