Great service from Service department… took care of one of the issue of the highlander recall while oil change and routine maintenance check was done to ensure everything was good to go until air bag recall parts are available… made one of the recall worries go away and be completed without having to make changes to come back again. I was very grateful that he done that for me while parts were available. As my whole point of buying a new Toyota was to have no worries but unfortunately the new highlander had two recall issues that made me disappointed in my decision not to stay with my old highlander and the same issues of the trunk and gets stuck in park but no issues found. Hopefully those are the only issues with the new car and any issues occur in the future or continue can be completed at the dealership.

Howie always leaves me feeling better than when I came in. Really great guy, I’ve been to about 4 or 5 dealerships to get service and all the other ones pale in comparison. Thank you guys.

On the service prior to the one on 5-30-24 I placed a spot of orange paint on the left front sidewall. After that service the marked tire was on the left rear( ok) however on yesterday’s service the marked tire was still on the left rear tire. You might ask yourself why I would mark my tire. We’ve owned many Toyota and in California I marked my tire and was told that the tech rotated the tires and was adamant about it until I showed the service manager my photo a the date and time stamp.

I love my service guy Jose. He is always up to date, keeps me up on what's going on with my vehicle. Very nice man pleasant and smiles. He's the guy I depend on him and he never disappoint me.

This my second hybrid camera from Anderson Toyota. Until today when an appointment was made my car was serviced in 40 minutes or less. 2.5 hours after an appointment is made isnt very good service at all. Your very good with text messages if you can't do a scheduled service in a reasonable time you could have sent a text to either cancel or reschedule. Then when picking up the vehicle instead of at least expressing some empathy for having a client wait 2.5 hours your told you need 4 new tires on a vehicle with 20k miles on it for another $850.

Upset with Toyota 5 months with no second key not sure I would purchase another Toyota. My wife and I spent 58 grand on a vehicle and all I get is excuses about second key.????
