I dropped off car assuming battery was under warranty on my 2021 Toyota RAV4. 3 hours after dropping off vehicle I received a call saying vehicle was ready to be picked up. I arrived and was given a bill for a battery total cost of $253.45. I never received call to authorize battery replacement. Also I had a $20 off coupon I was unable to use. Very unhappy

Both times I’ve had to reset my dash display to the way I had it before I came in. Is there a way that this doesn’t have to be done?

Mike was extremely helpful and very kind. I was having issues with the dealership I purchased my vehicle from out of state and Mike handled everything with them. Would definitely recommend him to anyone that gets their car serviced at Anderson!!!

Danielle is a great communicator and listened when I refused the expensive fuel treatment. The treatment showed up on my estimated final bill and she made sure I didn't get charged for something I did not order. I've never taken my 2019 Corolla anywhere else because of service people like Danielle who care about the customer.

Kenny provided excellent service. He kept tabs on progress and when new issues were discovered, he had all information at hand. He checked for parts availability and prices before contacting me. I was able to make decisions in one interaction. That saved a lot of time, and duplicate research was not necessary.

Why am I getting charged for the replacement of the O2 sensor when that wasn't the problem? I brought the Camry in a 3rd time because the check engine light came on again. You guys found the problem with the exhaust, which is covered by the warranty. I should not have to pay for work you did, and it not being needed.

I bought the Rav 4 from Anderson Toyota Jan8,2025. I got it ceramic coat on Friday and Bob Moses said it leaked underneath vehicle. After Jose there was no sign of any leakage. Jose got me in right away because I was on my way home. Jose is the Best.
