I just replaced my cabine filter I'm being told it needs to be done again, my transmission fluid wasn't checked because it's "sealed" and then I had to go back up there because my glove box was in the floor when I came out to run errands and had to go back up there to get it fixed

Service experience was great but there was a note on my invoice after I left. It said that they spoke to me about the importance of properly installed floor mats which they did not. And I’m not sure why that was mentioned on there because I haven’t touched my floor mats since I purchased the vehicle.
