Service communications were lacking, if I hadn't kept calling nothing would have been resolved. Repair Issue was diagnosed in January and tech listed parts to order. Service rep said parts would be ordered and would advise me when parts were in, nothing happened. I called for status updates, but no return calls? I had a service appointment on Friday, and asked about the parts for my steering problem. Advisor had to review notes to refresh her memory?? As expected nothing had been ordered, so parts were ordered Friday, came in Saturday and work was completed. Bottom-line a 2 day job took 2.5 months to complete. There have been many other issues along the way I wont get into. Thanks to Michelle this work finally got done. As much as I like doing business with Sullivan, the Service experience has been frustrating. I spent my entire career in high tech Customer Support, and must admit the frustration I have experienced in my dealings would not bode well for Customer retention. Hope this message is helpful, as it's meant to be constructive as Customer facing jobs are so critical.

Although there were quite a few folks having service done at the same time, the free shuttle ride and quick completion of the required maintenance was done efficiently and with a little patience, very swiftly!

Every single staff was friendly and professional! My car was serviced on time and waiting room is great! Darren, the salesman who sold me my car, even came over and said hello! He’s the best!

Got an oil change, took 1 hour. I pulled away and got a LOW OIL PRESSURE warning. Went back and was told that the oil gasket ripped. Why wasn’t this replaced as part of the oil change? Took another hour to fix

Christian did a great job! He informed me that there’s a recall on my engine. He said I’d be getting a new engine installed when Toyota contacts them for the Phase I’m in. This was exciting news as I’ll be getting a new truck!
