For all of the years I’ve been using Sullivan Bros, Christian has always been great at what he does. The whole team is. The service provided by Sullivan Bros is the reason I continue to have my vehicle worked on there rather than seeking out less expensive options. They are thorough, reliable, and trustworthy - something I really appreciate as someone who knows nothing about cars. They also offer shuttle and pickup/dropoff service, which has been really helpful over the years.

I had a 10:30 appointment. Was advised the wait would be over 2 hours since you were backed up. Already way behind at 10:30? I had to go all the way home and rearrange my afternoon to come back later. Need to be better with scheduling.

Although the service was great and done quickly one of the issues we had addressed was a vibration in the front that occurs between 40-50 miles per hour. We are happy that the technician replaced 4 tires, balanced and four wheel alignment. Also the tire pressure sensors were replaced. This is fine but if they had test drove the vehicle after I’m sure they would have felt the vibration, we can. At this point we have to drive the vehicle but will probably have to search for a front end shop.

Patty did an excellent job. I was disappointed because I sat for 2 hours before getting answer to problem then too late to repair and had to leave vehicle overnight. I was glad to get ride home. It seemed extremely busy. Possibly too many appointments scheduled too close together with not enough time to get work done.
