There was a miscommunication regarding my service and after 2 hours I was not once updated that my tire couldn’t be repaired and needed to be replaced. I knew that it was a possibility when I spoke with Jimmy the day before but Patty failed to communicate that throughout my 2 hour wait. It was close to 4:30 when I learned that I had to come back because I needed another tire which could have been taken care of had Patty updated me of the situation. I thought I would be having Bill since I received a text to that effect. I had previously asked for a service representative other than Patty. I will not make an appointment until I am assured of this. I find her demeanor to be aggressive, curt and dismissive And it wasn’t because she was having an off day. This has been my experience with her in the past. I have had pleasant interactions with your staff in the waiting area and I took Christian Smalls card. I was an Assistant Clerk Magistrate for 25 years and Supervised Staff managed a Courtroom, Conducted Criminal Hearings etc and have had interactions with very difficult people throughout that time. iShe’s a problem.
