Christian was unbelievable in helping with a last minute scheduling repair to a side mirror that popped out. He always treats my wife Kelly and I in a professional and friendly manner. Please make sure that his mangers sees this review as he has been exceptional for our service needs with Sullivan Toyota with every experience we have had over the last nearly ten years. Upon arrival I was greeted by Mr.Bob Witt. I was concerned I might have missed my appointment, due to being about 20 minutes late. Mr. Witt said it was ok. He gave me a time frame for how long it would take, for servicing the vehicle, which I found very reasonable. I stayed onsite in waiting area. Was very clean and comfortable. Vehicle was completed in the time frame I was given. Mr. Witt explained everything, that was found on vehicle, very clearly. He also set up my next service appointment. Very happy with my experience,as this was the first service, on my new vehicle!

My advisor, Seana is exceptional. However the recall on my gas tank wasn't performed correctly. I was unable to put gas into my car after leaving the dealership. Fortunately I had enough to make it back. I had to then wait a long period of time to get it fixed. I use your dealership exclusively for both of my cars and besides this big problem even little things are being missed like not resetting the maintenance reminder multiple times and tpms sensors not reset. You need better checklists and need to confirm repairs are completed correctly.

Did I get an oil change is don’t see anything about oil change, it has 4700 miles so it was first time in, I know synthetic can go 10000 but not on my car, I’ll do it myself

I made an appointment to get my oil changed and tires rotated for May 1, 2025 at 10:30 AM. I arrived at 10:32 AM. I was waiting there as I had a really busy day planned. My car wasn't finished till just after 2:00 PM. I wasn't informed until I went to the Service desk to inquire about my car after waiting for two hours. I was then led they should be taking my Sequoia in soon. If I had known it was going to be a 3 1/2 hour wait for an oil change and tire rotation I would've rescheduled. I had to cancel an important meeting and get someone to feed my cat. This is not acceptable to me.

I sat for an hour and a half while my car was in for a scheduled service, dealing with vibration, following the replacement of the axle and after I waited for an hour and a half I went to see if my car was ready for me, and I was informed it hadn’t even been looked at. I received this morning apologizing for that incident and acknowledging that I should have been notified and I’m scheduled to bring it in tomorrow at 1 o’clock to have it driven with me in the car to determine why the vibration in the front end is taking place following the replacement of the axle? My past experience has always been terrific so I can only assume this was a situation that wasn’t misfortunate for reasons they have to deal with too many cars scheduled for service during a particular period of time.
