Patty was excellent. No issues at all with the service she provided. My vehicle was in a week ago to repair a passenger side mirror, transmission fluid change, two new tires and an annual inspection. The outer case for the mirror was not in stock at the time, nor were the tires. My service paperwork said the cover was out of stock until May 31. So I scheduled another service visit for May 31 for the tires, mirror case and inspection. Dropped the vehicle off for service. I learned that the case wasn’t in then, either. So now I have to schedule a THIRD visit to complete the work. Big picture: Is the world ending because of this? No. Will I continue to come back for service? Yes. But I trust that you agree that the need for three service visits for a simple repair is a bit annoying.

painfully slow and ridiculously overpriced. I don’t know how you can keep a straight face and charge almost $40 per windshield wiper.

Only suggestion I have is, for customers who are waiting for their vehicle, to text us periodically as to the anticipated time of completion, if a long wait is anticipated. Your waiting area, however, is very comfortable, even for long wait times. Thank you.
