Christian exceeded all expectations today. I had explained to him that I would be driving several thousand miles next few weeks. Christian assured me he would have the vehicle checked out underneath and under the hood. His assurances put my fears to rest, and made me feel that “Sullivan Brothers” has good and caring people working with their customers.

Your wait time is Insane! I’ve pushed 2 other appointments due to your 3+ hour backlog. I missed out on my last ‘lease included’ oil change. Ya really need to correct this issue

After waiting an hour and a half for a simple oil change I was told that it would be another hour and a half. At that point I took my car and left. There was absolutely no communication from anyone in the service department and Bob Hallissey was kind enough to intervene on my behalf. We have leased 9 vehicles from Sullivan Brothers and you have provided the worst service that anyone could possibly ask for. I will be having a conversation with John Sullivan.
