I was very disappointed that no one called to let me know my car had been dropped back to my workplace. It’s a public lot with 100 spots, next to another large school lot with people coming and going from camp. It’s not somewhere I’d leave my car unlocked with the keys on it. I expected the driver would come into the building to exchange the keys as she did at pick up. Or at least call me and I’d have been happy to walk out. The car was due back by 1pm. Ii called Toyota 3 times, not realizing the car had been dropped. Twice it went to voicemail and on one call a rep told me she wasn’t sure if it had even left Toyota yet. I then got a call at 2:25 saying it had been dropped an hour previously. I’d have no way to know that other than walking around the large lot to look for it. I really think your policy should be to call people when you arrive to return their car.

Christian Small is simply terrific! He’s always cheerful and friendly! I’ve never seen him any other way! It’s just a pleasure to have him as my intake person in charge of servicing my Tacoma truck! He knowledgeable on everything Toyota and he’s one reason I keep coming back to Sullivan Toyota! I’m in good hands!
