Bob was great as usual. When I needed to leave my car an extra day, he offered me a rental car right away. He kept me updated on the status of my repairs and explained a few of the recommendations more in depth so I could decide which to prioritize now and which can be done at a later date.

Toyota had me scheduled for an appointment which was just prior to my two years of free service. I got up early, drove to the dealership only to be advised that there was no reason for me to be there. I did have a tire issue which was fixed (for a fee). Other than that I was basically being sent home with zero service. So why the scheduled appointment?

I made a 745 appointment at 9:45. I checked to see what was going on. They were just finishing the rotation of the tires and had yet to even start putting the truck through the inspection sticker process. I don’t understand the value in making an appointment if the work on the truck doesn’t start till two hours after the scheduled appointment your overbooking and your understaffed, but you should schedule accordingly.

This is the second time in a row that I've scheduled pickup/drop-off online then gotten a text that I missed my appointment after nobody picked the truck up. I don't know where the disconnect is between the online scheduling service and the service dept, but that service was a big attraction for me when I bought the truck.
