I was greeted by name when I entered the service department. After a few quick questions I had a snack while waiting for my car. I received an email that it was ready and they also called my name. Got in the car and off I went.

Patty is a poor customer service representative, over multiple visits I’ve found her to be rude, accusatory, overbearing, overwhelmed, and altogether unhelpful. If I ever decide to come back I don’t ever want to have to deal with her again, exceptionally high prices and “customer service” from someone who makes the client uncomfortable and upset are a terrible combination for a satisfied customer (especially when I, the customer haven’t said a word and am repeatedly met with passive aggressive responses to things I haven’t even said from someone who’s supposed to be helping me). If you need specific examples feel free to reach out and I can go into detail about why this customer service representative left me feeling nothing but angry and offended both times I’ve had to interact with her
