I thought the wait was too long - 1.5 hours - for what is a simple, fast service (state inspection). I specifically booked an early morning appt, so I wouldn’t have to wait a long time.

My car was fixed just fine and I appreciate you finding a used part for my AC problem. It saved me a lot of money! I just wasn’t informed of the new timeline when it took a day and a half instead of a day to make the repair. I tried calling and no one answered. I let it ring for more than a minute. I totally get that things happen but I really needed to know that I wouldn’t have my car the next day so that I could adjust my work schedule etc. Thanks for listening.
