I came in to have my car detailed and Christian saw that I had a service appointment the next week. He instantly wanted to save me the extra trip and had everything done that day. My car looks brand new and I was very satisfied with the service work performed.

Niman was professional and simply one of the most valuable individuals who works in the service department. He answered my questions or concerns that I had about my car and the way it was handling for me. He is caring and supportive of me as a customer. He provided the best overall customer service that I have ever experienced at SBT. As a longstanding customer I simply have to thank him and the management team. When they hired him they made a great decision. As a retired educator who evaluated others I simply can’t thank all of you for taking care of my vehicle. I commend him and I hope he receives recognition from the management team. An absolute gem of a worker.

I had a great experience with Sullivan Brothers Toyota. Seana Bohan was very professional, helpful, and kept me informed throughout the whole process. Even though the repair was unexpected, the team explained everything clearly and provided me with a loaner vehicle, which really helped me continue working without major inconvenience. Seana Bohan was excellent to work with. When I dropped off my vehicle, she explained the process of having my AC checked which I appreciated. She is friendly and knowledgeable. Seana even went above and beyond by calling me to let me know that my SUV was going to take a little while longer than originally planned even though she wasn’t in the office! I have been going to Kingston Toyota since I purchased my vehicle in 2009 and this was my first time working with her. I look forward to working with her again. She is a great asset to your team!
