I have been coming for service for almost six years and have never had to wait over two hours for my vehicle to get an oil change and rotate tires. I made an appointment and should have been taken timely. When I arrived there we’re already two cars ahead of me that hadn’t been taken in for service yet

The new tire seems to be functioning properly. However, invoice I received indicated that a pot hole was hit, but that was not reported. I said it went flat driving on route 3. If the cause of the leak was identified, please let me know. The service representative I dealt with was not there when I picked up the vehicle. Thanks.

The tonneau cover install looks great. However, the warranty body work (door trim) is amateurish. It's already peeling off, but it looks nothing like the factory install, including not being aligned properly. I am hesitant to consider using your body shop again, as the quality of work seems extremely poor. It's the opposite of what I've experienced on the sales side so far.

3 hours for an oil change I had an appt for put my spare tire on and it’s all misbalanced and didn’t connect the tire pressure warning system stuck with my car beeping at me

I just west to pick up my vehicle. A gentleman asked me if I was there to pick up the car and then my name but he could not find the work order ( wearing a Newton patriots jersey) . I tried to make lite of the situation and joked, “ did you lose my car?” I showed the work order to him on my phone, which reports Samantha as the service associate. He asked her for assistance but she could not find it either . She then insulted me by asking in a condescending manner, “Are you sure someone didn’t already picked it up?” I know I’m old, but no need to get insulted. The man with the Newton jersey eventually found my car. He was very helpful and I’m sorry I didn’t get his name. Joe Scala

I was given the wrong tires than I ordered/was quoted and was overcharged even though I confirmed the amount with Dave, Bob and Bill. I waited over an hour Tuesday night to pickup my car bc there was only 1 person just to find these 2 things out.
