Well waiting over 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation was a bit much. I can get an oil change anywhere and it takes 15 minutes. So not sure what your value add is.

Kind , knowledgeable, did not try to sell me expensive services , seemed like a real down to person . Suggest you give him a big Christmas bonus if he is like this with all his customers !!!!!

I called to make appointment. I called to CANCEL appointment. The cancellation was NOT recorded on your end. Unfortunately I left keys in 4 Runner in my driveway. Wednesday 12/13/23 an employee of Sullivan Brothers picked up my 4Runner. He DID NOT knock on door to let me know. I went outside and the truck was gone. To my surprise and frustration, I called 911 and reported it stolen. Later that morning I received an automated text stating the truck was ready. I called Service Dept. I spoke to David, manager. He was apologetic but very rude at the same time. Shame on me for leaving keys in the truck. But more SHAME to your company for taking truck for a cancelled appointment AND for not letting me know you were there to pick up the truck. If I were informed that someone was in my driveway, ALL OF THIS WOULD NOT HAVE HAPPENED! I will NOT return to Sullivan for service or anything else.
