Bill was friendly and courteous. He went over what was being done to my vehicle and when my service was completed he explained to me the stood brakes,tires etc. Bill delivered Excellent Customer Service.

Dropping off (love Bob- I think that’s his nane) and the vehicle service was great but when I picked up the agent was overwhelmed, but I wouldn’t say it was negative . Maybe the desk was short staffed? I am a manager as well so I know how challenging customer service can be. I can speak more about my experience, you can call me. 617~784-6374

Service was great. Patty was very helpful. I di receive a text to pay the bill which I did online before I left quiet room. Then, Patty said there is a glitch with system for care service contracts. Because I paid immediately, the $55 deductible off my bill for my service care contract wasn’t reflected. I probably would not have noticed until I got home if she didn’t catch that. She happily arranged for me to get a credit with cashier right away. I hop that glitch is addressed. Otherwise, I am very happy with service.

Sam was super nice and very helpful. I wish the dealership didn't charge for a loaner car especially when my car had to be kept overnight as the part was not in stock. I spent over 1000 especially right before the holidays and didn't want to pay more for a loaner. That's not Sam's fault though, she was great

Listen, I understand this is how it’s always been with car dealerships. But the amount of timebit takes to get things done is too much. Plus, the worst part of this visit is after leaving there was a problem with the work and I was told that I could not come back to have fixed… and I would need to schedule another appointment. I hope there is no safety problems that occur based on this problem. And I don’t know when I will be able to commit another block of my time unpaid out of work to get it looked at… and hopefully fixed properly.

I questioned the service handler about some wear in my driver seat being covered under my protection plan and he said no and that I was just being lazy getting in and out of my vehicle.
