I felt heavily pressured from the start to finance only with Sullivan. I had to physically show oyu I was capable of getting a rate before you agreed to match it, we spent a solid 10 minutes on getting the rate correct. threatened to walk away from the deal. There was a mistake made in the financing rate and I ended up paying 1 point over the agreed rate. It was an unrecoverable $900 error in the banks favor. I only noticed it a few days later. The more I think about it the more upset im getting. If I showed up with $900 less of a down payment I'm sure you'd notice and make me rectify the mistake. I was asked at least 20 times if I wanted and extended warranty and was only listen to when I threatened to walk away from the deal. It's too bad, my salesman John was nice enough and the vehicle is what I wanted. I have this nagging feeling I may have been taken advantage of.

Patty was awesome. Several staff called in sick so Patty had a huge volume of customers to deal with, but she worked dilligently and professionally to do the best she could in circumstances beyond her control. Service center closed at 5pm, but Patty was there well after 6 making sure all customers were processed properly (I left at 6:15 and she still had one more customer waiting).

Very long wait without knowing in advance AND I was not informed that you could have shuttled me home. Then despite the repair team did that the brakes "squeaking". They wanted $160.00 to fix it because they said " nothing was broken so I'd have to pay? Does this make sense when I only had my car for 3 months.
