I had an excellent experience with the Seana during my recent visit. She was professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. Christian was professional and courteous. He offered shuttle service, which was appreciated…. But I declined. He contacted me in a timely manner re what was done/ recommended for the truck. When checking out , Bobby Witt handled the transaction and answered a few questions I had. Overall…. Excellent service

Everything went great and everyone was friendly & professional. The only small suggestion would be:when I dropped off my car, I was given a ticket, which I thought was some sort of claim stub for my car. Turned out I was supposed to give that ticket to the people working at the desks so they'd know my car did arrive for service, but no one told me that when I was handed the ticket, so I headed right into the waiting area.

The wait time inside for my scheduled oil change was 2 1/2 hrs. I also had to replace several lug nuts on my tires due to swelling and cracking . This occurs at each appointment. I was told at the service center that it was poorly made Toyota parts which is disappointing. I have a 2018 TRD Pro with high mileage and I’d like to continue being a customer. But I do not appreciate the price of poorly made parts being passed on to the consumer . I paid an additional $140 on top of the oil change .
