I waited close to 3-hours for an oil change & tire rotation, which I had a scheduled appointment for. I mentioned that I’d like to speak to someone about my lease options bc my lease will be up in 12-months. No one spoke to me during the 3-hours. I was told I needed a new air filter bc it was “black”. I said ok. Then I got the pictures after I agreed and I absolutely did not need a new filter. Christian was polite but my overall experience is never good. I now know to plan for a 3-hour wait, but it is ridiculous to have to do so.

Christian Small is the best person I have dealt with at Sullivan Bros. This is the second time he has helped me. The last time I was there I said I would never come back, but with Christian's help, I changed my mind. That Patty should not be dealing with customers

I have and will always trust my car to be serviced by Toyota professionals. My 2002 Toyota Camry logged almost 400,000 miles because I maintained it. I continue to do this with my 2017 Toyota Camry which I expect will exceed those miles.

Patty Majeski pays attention to every detail. In addition to getting the best service ever, Patty helped to renew my vehicle registration with a snap of the finger. I also needed help to program something in my car and she got Matt involved who solved my problem.
