Over booking appointment. Should not take over 2 hrs. Do do a first check up. And had to reschedule my first appointment it 2as going to tak3 a few hours.

The service itself was great. However my appointment was at 10:30 am and I was told it would be a 2 hour wait. I decided to leave my car as I had to return to work. I arranged for a ride myself. When I returned at 4 pm to pick up my vehicle the desk clerk went to see if it was ready and she came back to tell me they just took it into the bay (after I arrived). So I had to sit another 40 minutes for my oil change and multi-point inspection. I understand a lot was going on but I could have rescheduled to make everyone’s day easier.

My service was delayed by the absence of the mechanic assigned. It would be helpful in such situations if the service manager would review and reassign cars which were affected in a more timely manner.

Bob was great as always. Your in-house personnel do a great job. Your new outsourced answering service to make appointments **** Give them a (F) Terrible Got me an appointment in 30 minutes Only to wait for 2 hrs. Way better communication when it was in-house.

Bob is a true professional. He listened to my requests and ensured that all of my requests were completed. I was kept informed of the status of my vehicle as I waited for it at the dealership.
