Megan was easy to work with and a pleasure to be around . She was very professional about her duties and treated me the way I expected to be treated . She kept me informed through out the day as to the progress the mechanic was making . She did a thorough job and I will be doing business with you folks when it’s needed . Thanks
My first time dealing with Hannah in the service department. She greeted me when I drove in, got my keys, asked what service I was needing and asked if I was waiting! In about an hour she came to customer lounge and said my vehicle was ready! Walked me out to my car n said have a good day! Very personable, and easy to talk to.
Other than the fact that I was told there would be a loaner waiting for me, my experience today was great. Meagan was very professional, effic and she took great care of me.

Shortly after leaving the dealership for my oil change, my car experienced an illuminated check engine light referencing the mas air flow sensor and a service brake assist light. Prior to the oil change I experienced no issues with the vehicle whatsoever. I would think that the 21 point inspection would have found any pending codes, and the fact that the light came on shortly after leaving the dealership is very troublesome. I had thought that I had a good honest relationship with this dealership in regard to maintenance, but now I'm not so sure.
Was supposed to pick my car up after hours in Saturday May 3rd. Advised Joe when I dropped it off in Friday and also called on Saturday afternoon @ 1 and advised my vehicle would be left outside the gate. Had to walk the lot in heavy rain to make sure it was still there. Vehicle was locked and I could not retrieve but at least not stolen. I have to be at work Monday at 7:30 and having to make arrangements on how to get to work unless by somehow someone can read this message and make arrangements for me in Sunday. Please!!!!!!!
Joe is very professional and customer friendly. He makes the service experience more pleasant.

Megan was attentive, answered all my questions, and ensured that even with my emergent issues, I didn’t have to bring my car in for an additional appointment to address a recall. She was already familiar with my vehicle, and the overall process was quick and seamless!

I will be satisfied if my running board lights work for the long term and I don't have to bring my truck back a fifth time for this same issue. Since I bought my truck new at Airport Honda and I've wasted many hours on this simple issue, Im surprised you didnt wash my truck (I brought it in spotless and it was pollinated when I picked it up. Meagan was great, and I'm appreciative of the loaner and no charge
