Megan was fantastic as always! She always has the best customer service and works so hard to take personal care of her customers. I’m very upset that Honda would not assure me a loaner or rental car while mine was in the shop for 2 weeks. My complaint is on Hondas policy for this situation, not with any of the great people in the service department like Megan.
