I had asked about the transmission fluid being looked at and i don’t think it was since it was not on the receipt. I also mentioned getting everything for the 50k miles service and only 3 things were done.

On the previous visit your mechanic stripped the threads on the oil pan and/or plug, and we’re going to charge us for fixing it until we asked how that could happen. Another mechanic admitted that it was likely someone over tightening the plug. We weren’t charged in the end, but would have unless we asked. All our service has been done at Airport Honda. This time Jeremy came out and asked if I knew when the plug/pan was damaged. Apparently not in the old report. We should get a new pan and plug.
I left wthout getting an oil change, as they told me it would be between $200
.00 and $ 300.00 to get my car checked and an oil changed! I went to another Honda dealership and paid $ 44.99!

I wish you had better service coupons. I feel like I overpaid. While service was prompt Nd proficient it seemed exorbitantly expensive. It hurt to pay for it.
Jeremy did a great job. I just moved to TN and this was my first visit. I was very impressed. I will be back.
