I've talked to other Ridgeline owners who have had torque converter replaced under warranty. I don't understand why mine was not covered. It is a defect that Honda is aware of and it should be covered.

Mr. Oravitz was great!! Explained everything and even answered questions I had about a future repair I might need. I do i wish someone would have asked if I had coupons because I forgot to use mine. They have been sent to me by this dealer ship and I had them on my phone, but I just completely forgot . I have been to service department at all three dealerships in the Knoxville area and this one is the very very very best.

Megan Pless provided outstanding assistance while helping secure the required service on our 2023 Pilot. She informed me of all required service actions so I could authorized the work to be performed. She also showed me the technicians video report and when a possible oil leak was brought to my attention, she took the vehicle to a different technician to verify that there was no leak. I sincerely appreciate the assistance Megan provided.

Jeremy was great and assisted in answering and addressing any questions or concerns. I just wish I knew about the complimentary wash and vacuum ahead of time, I will definitely use that upon my next service experience. My car is running great, so far no more issues have arisen. Thank you!
