Your 3% surcharge for credit card transactions is beyond ridiculous! I had a 3,950.00 repair that you stuck an additional 3% to. I have worked in dealerships for 45 years before retiring, I can pretty well guess the amount of profit made by your shop. Your service manager is trying to smooth this over. With your parts markup and your labor markup you can absorb the 3%, if you cannot then you need a change in management. This is absolutely ridiculous!! If you can’t figure it out it was $117.00.

Jeremy was great to work with. I’ve always been pleased with the service center at airport Honda. The only reason we chose to go to Discount Tire as we had a credit there so we figured we would just use that toward a tire thank you very much.

I started having our Honda serviced at airport Honda do to the exceptional service I have received prior to this visit. I noticed a noise in the rear of the vehicle when driving over a bump. Something that seemed to be associated with a suspension component. My wife took the vehicle in today and I am truly appalled at what occurred. She was told there would be a 170 dollar evaluation charge (which I have no problem with) and that if an issue was found would be applied to the repair. Upon receiving the diagnostic from the mechanic the finding was there was nothing wrong and there was not a noise and the car just needed to be cleaned out. If there wasn’t a problem I would not have brought the vehicle in. Of coarse as soon as my wife left the dealership the car is making the same noise which I will now have to take to another service center as I do not want to be charged another 170 dollars to be told just bring it back in if it continues which is literally what was written on the inspection form. (Really?). But what I am really disappointed in is that the dealership said they would wave the 170 if she purchased a cabin air filter and had the wiper blades replaced. To me this means that we paid 170 dollars to have a less than adequate inspection and then be trapped into purchasing overpriced high margin service item to get something we didn’t really need and leave with the same problem we came in with. I would be more than glad to discuss this. But please do better for the next loyal customer! My wife did comment that the service advisor she spoke with was courteous and helpful. However, this does not excuse poor business practices or poor mechanical evaluation for paying customers.

I specifically ask before I left the shop if there was anything to do or watch for with new tires. The answer was “no” .Within 4 miles the low pressure warning came on telling me to reset calibration. I returned to dealership after phone instructions didn’t work for me who is not tech savvy with a smart phone.

Jeremy was fantastic. Very cool guy and extremely knowledgeable about his field. Answered everything i needed and then some. Textbook definition of a great employee and hope he gets the credit he deserves in the office.

Simon’s dept is phenomenal! Jeremy was incredibly professional, knowledgeable as well as very kind. It is a pleasure dealing with the entire staff at Airport Honda. It’s a known fact that th car makes the sale but the Setvice dept keeps you as a customer. We are glad we were introduced to Jeremy and grateful for his personal commitment to providing the highest quality of the customer’s service experience. We have used several otherHonda Dealerships in the area , none come close we are clients for life at airport Honda
