I was very pleased with Joe Lafollette and his team. I have always found the service people to be knowledgeable and friendly and service work has been done timely.
Only thing I didn’t appreciate is the 3% add on charge.

The transmission fluid on my Honda CRV was not completely filled, and I had to return to the service center to have it topped off, and then I was blindsided by the fact that I had to pay a 3% surcharge for using my credit card if the owners are that desperate for money, let me know and I will mail them a check
She was professional and followed through with my request.
