There were two added fees that weren’t disclosed at the time I booked my appointment. Although the fees are minimal they should have been identified during the online booking process.
1) Shop fees $4.00 - evidentially this is a fee for miscellaneous items such as shop rags. I was told not everyone is charged this fee guess I just got lucky.
2) credit card fee - Who carries enough cash to pay for car repairs. Absolutely ridiculous. This was disclosed in a text AFTER my car was checked in for service.
I have used and bought from Airport Honda for over 30 years but I may have to look at other Honda dealers for future purchases and repairs.
