The recall on my vehicle was never mentioned. I knew about it because I got a letter. Nobody discussed the code on my vehicle, oil change, tire rotation and if I remember correctly, some sorta fluid was recommended to be changed…. When I pulled in the bay, I got out of my vehicle, went to service desk, a girl at the desk acknowledged me after I stood there for a minute or so and then told me it would be a minute. She was nice, but acknowledge I’m there when I walk up…. This is my second service trip… I was still not sure what I’m supposed to do… Wait in my vehicle on a service person or get out and go into the service desk area… As I was standing there, 3 other service reps were in one cubicle talking with each other… Ron came to get me, he rung my service out… I asked him about the recall and what the codes meant and who was supposed to discuss those with me… He was very nice and courteous.! My oil change reset had not been done, he done that…. Now it shows 100% with an “ A” under it….. Not sure if the “ A “ is supposed to be there or not.???…. I assume you want honesty.! When they lifted the car to change the oil the lift got against the running boards and broke the trim off the passenger side door. It was on the passenger side so it was just now noticed
Joe Lafollette was very professional and accommodating. I plan to stay with him for my service needs.
Meagan Pless was great but I was not very comfortable with the app and going back n forth between app and service rep.
I would still like to talk to a rep like Meagan. She was great at explaining and recommending things. She was patient and courteous. I just wish I had known the time it would take and quicker feedback based on the inspection.
Megan was wonderful! Very friendly, knowledgeable, showed me how to use the new computerized system, and was amazing with everyone in the Service Lobby. I give her kudos because the new system was not cooperating and she was able to get it going so those behind me did not have to wait. She made sure I received my texts, showed me how to watch the videos, buttons I could choose to select, the before I knew it Christopher brought my car back. Shout out to Megan! She deserves a raise! So many people coming in for service and she was getting them all served. I don’t know how she does it, and told her so and thanked her. These days, thanks to Joe, great service is hard to find!

Mary Linebaugh took excellent care of me and my car with an oil change, filter change and tire rotation services. After worked is being done She informed me that one part of the car is missing in glove box section. I kept that piece in my car and did not know where that part belonged. Finally we put that part together and we achieved that our goal. Well done Honda team!

The new system you’re going to should have been tested and trained on in a different way. Two and a half hours for an oil change? But, I didn’t have to pay for service because of foul ups and system sent bill anyway that was wrong.
Your staff was extremely helpful. My first visit to Airport Honda. All the staff was very friendly. No exceptions. I am sure this will not be my only visit. I will be returning to the airport motor mile Honda. Thank you.
