Everytime I've had to bring my car in for service and I deal with Megan she has been wonderful.
I'm satisfied with everyone's friendliness, but I have to call Sean again because my key fobs are still having issues.
Job well done. They took care of 2 recalls & my routine maintenance service. They kept me in formed through out the service.
Every person from the salesman to the people in check in and out at service r polite, kind and helpful. No one waits ????

Never received any communications regarding the status of our car. We had to call 3 times the next day to find out if it was done.
Anyone who answers the phone in the service dept should have access to that info. We shouldn't have to keep calling.

Joe was very helpful-I had an issue on Sunday then Monday AM I brought my Honda Pilot in with no appointments as we were leaving town at 5AM the next morning. Joe got me in and the issue was resolved in a timely manner. Thanks Joe for a job well done.

Sean was wonderful and professional. I was surprised that the total charge for a simple oil change is now $95!!!! This is with a coupon that I got in the mail. I looked for other options on my phone and found that the other Honda place in Knoxville had it for the customary $54.99 or something like that. Sean honored that price and I really appreciated this very much. Moving forward if I am to continue bringing my Honda for service here $95 for oil change is not sustainable for me. Please reconsider your fees. I have been a customer for 18 years. Thanks Sean!!
