Little common mistakes, 1. Incorrect mileage were written and check out paperwork given to me. Car was not washed. Other than that everything okay.
I was charged for tire rotation when it should’ve been free. I bought the tires from there & even told the advisor. I got charged anyway
I was very happy with an Airport Honda. We just moved to Tennessee from New York almost 2 years ago and I was very surprised at your service peoples kindness to me. It was very different than what I have experienced in New York. Sean was very nice and very efficient. And the two drivers Jason, and Eli were such nice gentleman. I will not hesitate to use an Airport Honda, if the need ever arises.

Excellent customer service. Meagan does a great job of working with the customer, keeping me informed and being flexible with schedule. Outstanding employee!!
Everything was great as always, except for 1 issue. The tire light popped on right after departing. Possibly this was not the fault of the service department, I just wanted to let you know. They looked OK so I calibrated TPMS. Could be the temperature change?

I made my appointment for my recall. Then my appointment was a week and a half later and my parts were not in to do the recall so now I have to come back for a second appointment. Service advisor was very friendly but my parts to do the recall should have been there considering I had the appointment sat for almost 2 weeks. Very inconvenient.
