I received excellent service but want to make note of one thing. I have a new car and went in for my 1st free maintenance and was informed since I was only at 20% oil life( not 15%) that I didn’t qualify for the free service. That shouldn’t matter. I am a single older lady and don’t ever let my oil get that low. Was getting ready to take a trip and didn’t want to be out on the road and have my oil light come on. Don’t worry…she took care of me but was informed the next one had to be down to 15%.
Had great service as usual. Action on my safety recall item was completed within 1 hour. Exceeded expectations.

I never saw Hannah she was at lunch. when I picked up my car the 'update" notice STILL on the dash. I don't know what to do about it. I called and was told "that's a new one on them".

I was satisfied with my service but I did not interact with Meagan Pless. I stated this to the people that helped me. I am not sure why a service consultant is assigned if ultimately they aren’t going to be the person helping you. I honestly wasn’t upset that someone else helped me, but it doesn’t seem fair if the pay is commission based.
