Hannah went above and beyond!!! We had a nail in the side wall of the tire. She called Economy Honda in Chattanooga to see if our tires were covered and got us back on the road. Meagan is amazing. I have had a time though with my vehicle and I had left a few messages and email and never got responses back from others. I have had my car in and out of there several times with issues. I have definitely not been as satisfied as I normally am by any means

I was told the covered recall and oil change would take 3 hours. It took 5 hours. The service tech left my steering wheel unlocked and right after I left the dealership I was executing a turn on a busy road and the steering wheel pulled out a couple inches, startling me. Very scary and dangerous incident. I had to return to the dealership to figure out how to lock the steering wheel in place.
Repairs were made as planned in a timely manner. Staff was pleasant, helpful, and efficient. Waiting was a nice environment for working while I waited for my vehicle.
