Service was fine but dissatisfied with driver side mirror replacement-very magnified and distorted which could cause safety issues.
The amount of time for repair was great. Mary was great too. Only complaint is this dealership is more expensive than the other 2 dealerships that are just as close especially for what’s offered in the waiting area
After I drove from the service area to Route 40, the low tire pressure light came on. It would have been excellent service if tires were brought up to specifications before we departed. The service attendant was excellent and the wait time was a little longer than expected.
I always get the best service from Meagan I appreciate her very much. She is patient with me and always answers any questions I have about my car. Meagan is professional with everything she works on. Thank you Meagan. I want to thank Eli for being there for me also he made sure I was safe in his care while he bought me to and from my home. Your Honda "oil" was extremely expensive for my oil change!!! However , after I expressed my dissatisfaction of the cost, it was lowered to a more reasonable price. Never knew Honda had its own Oil company"!!!

Service personnel were very polite, however, in spite of a reserved time. Had to wait 2hrs & 20 minutes for an oil change!!
