I was sold an extended warranty that I was assured would cover any issues under my hood. Six months owning the vehicle first issue and it's not covered under my warranty. And of course it's one of the most expensive out of pocket repairs. So thank you for the upsale of an extended warranty that's useless.
Anthony went above and beyond from the initial call to set up the appointment, to handing me the keys at checkout. He was friendly, but professional. Looked up vehicle history to determine what needed to be done at the 200K mile service, which made me trust I was just going to get what was actually needed. Anthony has gained my trust, and will be using him as my service tech every time my car needs to be serviced.
Vehicle maintenance completed as promised in a timely manner for a fair price. Appointment and communication with Mary were easy by text. A nice new waiting area and dealership. Thank You

Joe was wonderful and so helpful! Our last service visit in August did not go well and yesterday's started off a little rough and we were concerned we were going to have another bad experience. However, Joe went above and beyond and was understanding to our situation and we are so grateful.
Thank you for bringing me to the dealership after my car died across the street from you. For some reason, the 12 gallons of gas I bought a few days earlier never went into my tank. But I wish you had changed the fuel filter.
