Joe, Mary, Anthony, and Kylie—the people I had the most contact with—and everyone else I spoke with in my recent service experience with Airport Honda were super professional and kind. The service itself was surprisingly quick as well as thorough. I was visiting from Nashville but am planning to move to Knoxville and am delighted to know I will have access to Airport Honda’s Service Department in the future.

I picked the car up after hours. However, I paid with a card for the service prior to pick up. When I got the car an SRS indicator light was on which was not on before I brought the car in. Now, I will need to take another day to come back out and have that checked. Obviously, something was done during the service that made the light present itself.

Technician Mary had installed idle stop software properly but I needed a demo to understand the differences in its messages that extended the process to reference Road Mitigation instead of Idle Stop as before. The young man who conversed with us about the new sequence of messages and the various recalls as I drove in for revised service was helpful in understanding and explaining how to “know” if IS is actually Off. I dislike the changes in messages but now understand

Meagan Pless was so knowledgable and reassuring. We have had problems with our 2018 Pilot for over a year. After having other service representatives at Airport Honda scratch their heads over my complaints of ongoing electrical glitching, I was not confident that this problem would be resolved. Meagan assured me that the technician would do everything they could to find the source of the problem and her confidence was comforting. She also was kind in that with my car experiencing disabling electrical glitching that had resulted in me being stranded multiple times, she made my repair a priority and I was quite shocked and very impressed by this. It feels very rare nowadays to encounter professionals that even bother to try to have great customer service skills and Meagan does this naturally and flawlessly. I appreciated her so much.
I keep returning to Airport Honda. So, enough said. That should speak volumes for you
