Mary did a great job in getting our appointment scheduled and our car serviced in a timely manner. She messaged me with a update when they found the issue and repair time with the finish time we could pick up our vehicle. You should be aware that I am not satisfied. You literally ruined my rims instead of ordering a $16 lug key like I suggested. Thankfully Simon is now dealing with this and will hopefully get me my new rims soon.

Excellent service. I did not have an appointment. The Low Tire Pressure came on as I left the mountains. I drove straight to Honda dealership to check the tires. They quickly checked the tires and found a piece of metal in the left rear tire. They repaired it right then. Everyone was courteous and helpful. You are fortunate to have such dedicated and professional employees.
