Paid diagnostic fee to determine an issue, was told they didn't "hear" anything after a couple of test drives. When I picked up my vehicle, it made the suspicious "noise" 4 times on the 8 mile trip to my house.

Megan was an excellent service representative and a very helpful person. She kept us updated on the progress of our service work and helped us get the warning service light removed and replaced on the front passenger side. I think Honda did an excellent job hiring her she was very happy and kind she listened to us and made sure that everything went right. I would rate her as a 10 star rating.looking forward to seeing her again. Also the man that checked us in was very quick and polite. Top notch customer service car staff.

When I arrived at Honda on a Monday and had an alert in my dashboard for low tire pressure. They were to rotate and balance my tires. After I left I noticed the low pressure alert still on. I assumed they just didn’t reset something. I was unable to return to ask about it as the week went for health reasons. By Friday when I was leaving work I had a flat tire. Shouldn’t they have noticed something was in my tire?

Mary always goes above and beyond for us when we bring our Odyssey in! Mary always keeps us in the loop with updates during our service and future preventative maintenance with costs, which I greatly appreciate as we like to budget for these things. I typically hate having to visit the service department as I have a hectic schedule but Mary always makes it convenient and as fast as possible.
