When I had an emissions problem with my 2017 Pilot, I contacted Patrick at Airport Honda…. He was able to refer me to a wrecker towing company to get my inoperable auto over to Honda’s tech people…. He took responsibility at Honda’s end and the vehicle was fixed…. Delighted by his customer service…. Love Honda as a brand!

After tire rotation I keep getting TPMS issue and I keep resetting it but it keeps coming back. I called to tell the rep I worked with and left a voicemail but didn’t hear back.
