Didn't know about the two free oil/filters I was promised when I bought the car 11 months ago. Made a big deal of it. Finally was told by my salesman, David Nye.

Car almost didn't start again this morning. Leaving town had to take battery charger with. Again, I believe the battery needed to be changed. Paid $143 for nothing plus $285 for towing. Very disappointed
Our car was delivered with no wiper fluid. We requested to have it filled with our service and it was not done.
A ceramic coating was applied to our car. When we picked it up it was not completely dry. Upon driving home, the coating on the wheels was flung all over the car. We had to wipe it down at home. We had to wipe down spray on the inside at the dealership. The rugs were soaking wet! We pulled the mats out and left the windows down overnight to dry.
If this is usual then a communication would have been nice.

Service was great. Lost some confidence with my first Honda purchase and how the recall was handled. Was driving for almost 2 months not knowing what happens to the car with all error notifications popping up. Car dying twice, one while crossing a 5 lane highway and the other while driving northbound on Alcoa highway. Both incidents could have ended in fatalities and the only thing that stopped that from happening was luck and grace from God.
Got all my recalls done and oil change and tires checked . I love the honda of alcoa family! You guys are amazing as always. Thank you so much.

I was told that I was only going to be there an hour when we got there. I had my wife and 4 year old with me. We ended up being there for 2 and a half hours. And if I had not asked what was going on, we would have never known. I would recommend not to over promise and under deliver
Megan was easy to work with and communicated well regarding the status of my vehicle. I’m not satisfied regarding one item. I requested a wheel rotation, but the technician did not perform this task. And I was charged for it. I would appreciate it if this could be completed.
