I was satisfied with Wyatt service but my 1:30 appointment took two hours to complete and serval customers who checked in after me were checked out prior to myself.
Patrick and Meagan, for me, were a great team. Provided me with superb service advisor assistance. Airport Honda are fortunate to have these two fine people on their staff. They made this service appointment, for my CRV, amazingly smooth.

Like the service and the service advisor. But, calling into the service desk is less than ideal. When you call in and get transferred to service, the service call center sends you to an advisor. You can leave a message to request a call back. However, if the advisor is out for the day, of course there will be no call back that day. It would be good if the call center would tell the caller that the requested advisor was out and suggest an alternate advisor.
