Warranty work required on seatbelt . Have been waiting since February. Have called your warranty lady 3 times in last 5 weeks with messages and have not even got a response. Not satisfied at all. Have not had a drivers seatbelt for months and no indication your dealership has done anything to get fixed. What would you suggest I do next to get service or get status update.

I took my car in for 2 recalls & gave Wyatt the recall notices. I picked my car up to find only one was reported to be done. I now have to be inconvenienced yet again to bring it in for the second one that should have been done initially.

He got me checked in quickly even though I was early. But Megan got me all checked out. She has always been so nice and helpful. I bought my car at the old location and she worked there then. You can tell that she likes what she does and is dedicated. That's really nice to see nowadays.

Very satisfactory and thorough inspection of my car. Hannah listened to my concerns and it is good thing to see actual video of inspection under the hood. Hannah is very knowledgeabl also. One suggestion: need to use paper floor mat covers during service. Floor mats get dirty and not good right after you have freshly cleaned your car up the day before????

Been there 4 times complained about vibration everytime vibration is still prevalent even after spending 5 hours at dealership yesterday for a supposed motor mount adjustment I'm no mechanic but I didn't know motor mounts were adjustable thus is the roughest riding vehicle I've ever been in and I daily a ram 2500 but nobody seems to be able to give me any reasonable reason as to why I wasn't gonna say anything but you asked so there it is never will I buy honda again I thought these were supposed to be good vehicles and trusted the brand for my daughter
