Meagan was very helpful and explained all the costs for the car repairs. She ordered our recall part right away after we waited for a year to get it. Appreciate her professionalism and customer service!

I’m sure work was done e correctly. No problem with that, however I dropped my car at 9:30 and was told it would take two and a half to three hours to do. Did not get to pick it up til 3:30 or so, I tried calling twice, left two voicemails and never got a call back, Finally called the number listed for the service tech and he called me right back and said the car was ready. Mr first voice mail was left on Alicia VM at 2:00, no return call. At 2:45 I called back and was transferred to ext 2431. Left message on that vm and still no call back. Finally called Joe and he said car was ready. Just a serious lack of communication.

Our vehicle came into the shop running perfectly fine with only the PS and traction control indicators lit up on the dash. After having our car there for 2 full weeks, we picked it up and it was beyond screwed up. Bad vibration from the motor and issues with shifting from 2nd gear to overdrive. These were NOT happening when I brought the vehicle there. You guys have thoroughly caused issues with our vehicle that were NOT existing when I drove it there. Completely inexcusable actions that the service dept did to our car. We arrived with minor issues and left in way worse shape that will cost us a lot of money to have it repaired elsewhere. I thought the dealerships were the top place for a vehicle repair. Yours was beyond a horrible experience for us. We are contemplating our next moves in regard to the damage that your service dept has done to our car.

This was an unscheduled first visit because of a blown out tire. I was worked in, reasonably short time and given the estimate with parts coming the next day. Wonderful first impression!
