Wyatt discussed with us our repair needs & additional requests and scheduled our repair. Megan stepped in in Wyatt’s subsequent absence; she impressed us tremendously with her timely updates and efforts to work with the technicians to return our car as soon as possible after we let her know we needed it to get to several medical appointments. Megan’s cordiality, professionalism and attentiveness to our needs left us with a very favorable impression of the service at Airport Honda.

I was told the wait would be 1 hour. When I arrived, I was told the wait would be 21\2 to 3 hours. Had I been informed of that before my arrival, I would have arranged to have someone pick me up.
My wait time was almost 3 hours. I bought 2 new tires and had them put on and on the way home my low pressure tire light came on. I called and left a voicemail on Joe’s phone and he did not call me back. I also had front and rear brake pads replaced and a front end alignment. Your customer service was a bit lacking today.
