Work performed wasn’t documented on paper work I received. Service rep. told me what was done. I didn’t understand all of what she said. It would have helped if it was documented for my records.

Wish you would have said where the "leaks" were on my vehicle instead of telling me you didn't know and I would have to pay $130.00 for you to locate. I call bs. You have to know or you wouldn't tell me various leaks.

The wait time was extremely long for a 2:30 appointment. It was almost two hours
Unfortunately, the only two times we have came for service there have been issues. This time something fell into the blower when checking the filter and we noticed it before we left. The last time we drove to Florida after the service and they didn’t tighten something down and all the break fluid leaked out and we had to have our car towed. If not for recalls, I would never take a vehicle to Honda.
