I always thought that an oil change included a new filter. So I was extremely confused when I received a text asking if I wanted a new filter for the added cost of $57. I mean, correct me if I am wrong. Otherwise, yes. Toyota is a pleasure to do business with. Thank you for ALL your services.
Every one was pleasant. When I was standing ,while I waited ,someone near by (the gentleman who was tending the popcorn) came over and checked on me and asked if he could help. We visited a few minutes until the manager saw I was still waiting and came over and got things taken care of. The service was faster than normal and I was soon on my way. Smiling and satisfied????. I would have appreciated a call to explain the findings of the inspection so I could have requested repairs at the time. I understand larger repairs were likely to require an additional appointment but I would have liked to have had the steering wheel button repaired on the same day.
There is a little hole in the passenger seat that was not there before it's like someone had a sharp object in their pocket.
Oscar Tapia was excellent. However I was surprised that the car was not vacuumed or washed. In the past it was.
Oscar was extremely friendly and professional. He explained everything going on with my car and went above and beyond during a time of family emergency where my husband was out of state with my father-in-law in the hospital and I realized that I had no car to pick up my children from school and started to panic. Oscar, along with another employee drove to my house and Oscar drove my car to me and caught a ride back to work with the second car. I can not begin to provide high enough praise and gratitud use for the care and consideration provided! He was my hero that day!

I wish Toyota could be upfront with people about how they can get things done except saying different explanations about the key issue I’m happy with the service we received. But that won’t deter out thoughts about Toyota.
